TERMS FOR SUBMITTING ADS

1. Each user (private individual) is allowed to publish one free ad. Only private offers can be placed for free.
2. All ads for selling or renting apartments, rooms, and houses, as well as ads for selling animals, are published only on a paid basis.
3. All ads for job offers or any paid services, including tutoring, are considered commercial and are published only on a paid basis. (Exceptions are ads for finding a nanny, tutor, housekeeper, or other workers for personal needs).
4. For firms, companies, legal entities, or their representatives, only paid commercial ads can be published.
5. Do not submit the same ad repeatedly. Identical ads submitted within a few days will be considered spam and deleted.
6. Posting identical offers from different email addresses or phone numbers is not allowed. A user may have only one account (email) on the site. In case of violation, you will be deprived of the ability to post free ads in the future.
7. The title and text must not contain a phone number, email, website address, or other contacts. Contact information must be indicated in the designated fields, otherwise the ad will not be published!
8. Do not write ads or titles entirely in CAPITAL LETTERS or highlight them with symbols (++, --, !!, ??, *, HTML tags, etc.).
9. Choose the correct category for your ad. For example, do not place a job search ad under "offering jobs," or a housing search ad under "jobs and education."
10. The photo must match the text of the ad. Photos showing the user with weapons, dead animals, vulgar symbols, gestures, Nazi symbols or colors are prohibited. Pornographic images, nudity, or indecent/provocative outfits are prohibited! If this rule is violated, both the photo and the entire ad may be deleted, regardless of whether it was free or paid, and any paid funds will not be refunded! Do not upload images with website addresses or watermarks.
11. Links to other websites in the ad text will be removed by the moderator.
12. Do not offer prohibited goods or services. Any ad violating moral or legal norms will be deleted. Follow the law and common sense when submitting ads.
13. Do not place ads about questionable or false services. Ads and posts of religious, political, pornographic nature, containing offensive, fraudulent, illegal, or unethical content, financial pyramids, dubious enrichment schemes, or "easy money" offers (including gambling) will be removed. Referral links for earning money on products or services online are prohibited.
14. It is forbidden to post ads offering jobs in the sex industry, intimate services, or erotic/bodily/lingam massage. Any goods of intimate (sexual) nature are also prohibited. Such ads may only be published in exceptional cases, after a written request to the site administration, in accordance with special tariffs ("SPECIAL AD") published on our website.
15. Ads related to occult themes are prohibited: healing, spiritual practices, fortune-telling, witchcraft, spells, rituals, satanism, black and white magic, psychics, astrology, esotericism, etc.
16. Respect copyright. Do not sell software, music, movies, program activators, CD keys, registration numbers, software databases, or other items that violate copyright or intellectual property rights. Obscene language is prohibited.
17. It is prohibited to publish ads offering jobs or services remotely (via internet, phone, etc.).
18. Do not delete an ad and submit the same one again before the expiration date of the previous one. Violation of this rule may deprive you of the right to submit free ads for up to 30 days.
19. It is forbidden to register multiple accounts with different emails or phone numbers for the same user. We block duplicate accounts. Phone number or email address used in additional accounts is considered proof of ownership. Violation of this rule results in blocking all accounts, including the main one. Contact site administration if you face this problem. Unblocking the main account is paid.
20. The name indicated in the ad must be real. Do not provide another person’s phone number, email, or other contact data, or fake information. Provide a correct phone number, otherwise the ad will be deleted.
21. Provide your phone number in international format. Example: Germany +49171XXXXXXX, Russia: +7913XXXXXXX, Belarus: +375XXXXXXXXX, Ukraine: +380XXXXXXXXX
22. To change your main contact data (phone, email) registered on the site or to delete your account, please contact the site administration.

Ads violating our rules will be deleted by the site administration, even if they are published on a paid basis. In this case, paid funds are non-refundable!

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TERMS

1. By registering an ad on this site, the user agrees to these Terms and assumes the rights and obligations associated with the use of the site.
2. All information on our site is provided for informational purposes only and cannot serve as direct guidance for action.
3. Information from this site may only be reproduced or used by individuals for personal purposes. Copying and further use of information is only allowed with a link to our site.
4. Under no circumstances is the site administration responsible for damages, losses, or expenses incurred in connection with this site, its use, or inability to use it.
5. The administration is not responsible for the content of ads or the actions of users and does not participate in legal relations between persons who may conclude deals for services or sales via this site.
6. The administration reserves the right to deny access to the site to any user or reject ad submissions without explanation.
7. The site administration reserves the right to change information on this site without prior notice.
8. The user bears full responsibility for the information they post.
