Yes, ads for renting apartments, rooms or other real estate, as well as job vacancy offers, are published only as commercial, even if you are a private person.

What is the status of an ad if I offer paid services?

If you offer your services for a fee (for example, tutoring, translations, transportation, construction, etc.), you must also choose a commercial ad for publication.

How can I publish my ad?

To add an ad, click the Add ad button and follow the instructions.

Why don’t I see my ad after submission?

The ad went for review or into spam, this may be for the following reasons:

• You used words in the text that are flagged by the filter for offensive or inappropriate language.
• You may have violated some terms or rules of our site.

What should I do if my ad is under review?

Wait for the administrator to check and publish your ad. If some rules are violated, the administrator has the right to delete the ad without explanation, and your email and phone number may be added to the “blacklist” of violators. If your ad is not published within 48 hours, please contact the site administration through the contact form.

What types of ads are there? 

• Free (0 €* for 30 days)

• Commercial (10 €* for 30 days)

What are the benefits of "Commercial" and "Special" ads?

For ads with “Commercial” or “Special” status you can add a full description, multiple phone numbers and other contact details, as well as upload up to 5 photos (Commercial) or up to 10 photos (Special). Ads with “Free” or “Private” status can only include a short description, 1 photo, and one phone number.

When do I need to choose a "SPECIAL" ad?

For ads offering jobs in the leisure sector (for example, hiring masseuses), you must select the “SPECIAL” ad status. If you use other ad types for these purposes, your registration will be automatically rejected and you will be asked to change the status of the ad or delete it.

How can I "Raise" or "Highlight with a frame" my ad?

To “Highlight” or “Raise” your ad, select and pay for this service in the “Additional services” section. These services are available for all ad types, including free ones. What are the benefits of highlighting with a frame?

By choosing and paying for the “Raise” service, you can move your ad to the top of the “Latest ads” list, as well as to the top of its category, any time you want, for the number of times you paid for. If you have several ads, you can use the total number of available raises for any of your active ads. Please note that raising ads must be done by yourself!

How can I assign "TOP" status and place the ad in the right column?

To give your ad “TOP” status, select and pay for the “TOP status” service in the “Additional services” section. This service is also available for all ad types, including free ones. What is TOP status?

How can I extend my ad?

7 days before your ad expires, you will be notified by email. For ads with “Free” status, the “Extend” button will become available for another free 30 days.

To extend “Private”, “Commercial” or “TOP” ads, you can select and pay for the extension service for 30 days at any time, regardless of the remaining publication period. For example, right after publishing your commercial ad, you can extend it for any desired period by selecting 2 or 3 commercial ad services for 30 days, and your ad will remain published for the chosen duration.

Please note! When paying via PayPal, services are activated automatically after payment. When paying by bank transfer, services are activated manually after the funds are received in our account (1-2 business days). You can send us a copy of the payment by email and we will try to activate the services you paid for within 24 hours.
