Children’s play in Russian by the Berlin theater “Russian Stage” based on the fairy tale by Pyotr Yershov
“Konek-Gorbunok” is a famous Russian fairy tale written by Pyotr Yershov more than two centuries ago. The young author was inspired by Alexander Pushkin’s works, who appreciated the idea so highly that he helped edit the opening. Over time, the tale became part of folk tradition and beloved by many generations.
In this musical theater production, five actors create a festive world on stage filled with songs, dances, and playful humor. The familiar story is presented with fresh imagination and gentle irony. Adults can enjoy nostalgic warmth, while young guests experience the magic of live performance.
